La Cocotera is a coliving and coworking community in the southernmost point of Europe. In the heart of Tarifa, we transformed a beautiful family home into a place where digital nomads and remote workers live, work and meet. With stunning views of Africa and the old town, location in the center of town and just a few meters from the beach, we offer digital nomads a unique experience.

We invite you to break your routine and move your office to the south of Spain! Not only will you be able to develop your work as you do at home, but you will also benefit from the exchange of knowledge and synergies with the community of freelancers, digital nomads and locals. Thanks to the family atmosphere of La Cocotera and the activities around Tarifa you will find it very easy to connect from the first day. Office and coworking
We offer you very comfortable and bright spaces to work, with large desks, office chairs, high speed wifi, external screens, projector, whiteboards. We know how important it is to have comfortable places to carry out your working day and we have thought of all that. Find out more.

The communal areas include a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, entrance hall and terrace with views of Tarifa town and Africa. This makes La Cocotera the perfect space to connect:

Community events
Your monthly pass includes at least one community activity each week. These can be skill exchanges, talks, excursions, or masterminds, which we vary each month. In addition, once a month we organize a community dinner included in the pass, along with a welcome session to choose between yoga or breathwork.

At La Cocotera we have been building a community for more than 10 years where the real concept of coliving and coworking comes to life. We know how important it is for you to feel like family as soon as you arrive and, at the same time, connect with a creative and innovative community of remote workers and digital nomads. Each new member brings something different to the table, making for the best get-togethers, family dinners, unforgettable excursions and much more.

La Cocotera is not just a place to sleep and work. We have been creating community and building a home for more than 6 years where like-minded people meet and form a family. Our space is focused so that digital nomads have every opportunity to bond, grow and learn together. With meetups, sports activities, meals in the sun on our terrace and many opportunities for our guests to organize events. You can start being part of this community by joining the Digital Nomads group and joining our Digital Network.

Plenty to do in Tarifa

In addition to paradisiacal beaches, plenty of sunshine and a picturesque old town, we are a paradise for wind sports and outdoor adventure lovers. You can go hiking, mountain biking, surfing, diving, kitesurfing, windsurfing, paddle surfing, kayaking, whale and dolphin watching, climbing, horseback riding at sunset, walking in the countryside, visiting secret beaches, tasting all the tapas, visiting beautiful nearby villages, dancing on the beach, swimming in the Mediterranean Sea or in the Atlantic Ocean… to name a few.
